Q: Are these phones unlocked?
A: Most of our phones are NOT unlocked, as they can ONLY be used on their declared carriers. Meaning, if the phone is for AT&T, it will only work on the AT&T network. We do occasionally have some unlocked phones available. Please see our unlocked collection to see what we have available. Be sure to select "Unlocked" from the drop-down list.
Q: Are your products used?
A: Yes, all of our products have had a previous life, but have been turned over to us to keep them out of the land fills. Each phone has been extensively tested to be fully functional by our trained experts.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: No! Buy a phone from us with no contract. It's your phone, no strings attached.
Q: Does it come with a SIM Card?
A: No, our phones do NOT come with SIM Cards. Your cellular provider will provide you with a SIM card if necessary.
Q: Why do your prices seem high? Can't I buy phones cheaper through my carrier?
A: Excellent questions! When you buy a new cell phone directly through your carrier when you have an upgrade, your carrier is actually subsidizing your phone! Essentially, with an upgrade, you may go buy a new iPhone 5 for $199 with a 2-year contact with AT&T, yet without a contract, that same phone will cost you $649. AT&T will cover the difference between costs so they can make money off their 2-year contract in the long run. This is why you can only upgrade after so long, so your carrier is still making money.
That being said, our phones are priced quite fairly for the used cell phone market.

A: Most products are shipped out within one business day. Occasionally, it may take up to two business days.
Q: What are my shipping options?
A: We offering shipping options for USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail (overnight). Some devices are eligible for a more economic shipping option, USPS First Class Package. All shipments are fully insured! Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout.
Q: You have sent me a tracking number, but nothing shows up on USPS.com. Has it really been shipped?
A: Yes! It may take up to 24 hours for any tracking information to show up, sometimes, even longer.
